General Policies: All payments for costumes, competitions, registration, etc. should be made payable to Starz Unlimited. Please indicate what fees are being paid on the memo line of your check.  Fees may also be paid using Paypal.

Registration: A non-refundable, annual registration fee of $35 per family is due the first week of classes. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed each month after this.

You will receive each of the following registration discount if they apply to your family-

• $5.00 discount if you were registered for classes by Aug. 15, 2010
• $5.00 discount if you are a returning dancer from the 2009-2010 dance year.

Costumes: A nonrefundable costume deposit will be due Oct. 1^st in the following amounts:
$40 per clogging team
$30 per class for ballroom and intermediate & advanced jazz/lyrical/ballet
$25 per each other class

As costumes near completion, students will receive a notice of the remaining balance due.  Based on the style and size of the costume, the total class costume prices will range from $25- $45 each. Ballroom, Intermediate and Advanced ballet and jazz costumes will range from $30-$60 and team costumes will range from $40-$70 per costume. Costumes must be paid in full before costumes will be given to each student.

Arrangements can be made to pay large costume deposits in two installments by Dec. 1^st.

Recital: A recital fee of $35.00 per family will be due Nov. 1^st. 

Fees Can Continue To Accrue: Classes may be dropped or changed by filling out a Class Change Form and submitting the form at the studio.  All fees and tuition will continue to accrue and families are financially responsible for tuition/costumes/fees for class changes which are NOT made submitted on a Class Change Form.

To calculate your tuition - Start with a fee of $10.00 per student,then using the following scale, add the total hours your family dances in a week. This is your monthly tuition due.

Please note: The $10 dancer fee is waived for adults with children currently enrolled in classes, so this is the perfect time to enroll in a class yourself. (Waiver does not apply to adults on teams).

Tuition is due the first class of the month. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged after the 15th of each month.  Tuition is based on 4-week months with the exception of June, which is reduced tuition. Tuition cannot be adjusted for illness, vacations or missed classes.
